We stay at the forefront of vaccine development and you can rely on us to have vaccines in stock.

We are here to keep you healthy in the workplace, at home and abroad.

Baby, Infant & Childhood Vaccine Clinic – London

Fleet Street Clinic is a family-friendly practice. Our doctors and nurses are available to answer any concerns you may have about childhood vaccines and advise on aftercare.

You may wish to consider the following vaccines that are NOT currently available to all children as part of the NHS childhood immunisation programme:

  • Hepatitis B: not routinely offered in the UK – though routinely offered to children at birth in many other countries around the world, including the USA
  • Varicella (chickenpox): not routinely offered in the UK – though routinely offered to children in many other countries around the world, including the USA
  • Meningitis B: available to restricted age groups only
  • Meningitis ACWY: available to restricted age groups only
  • HPV: in the UK, currently only offered to girls aged 12-13; in the USA it is also offered to boys, on the basis of the protection it offers against head & neck cancer and other HPV-related diseases. A new HPV vaccine – Gardasil 9 – protects against the 9 most important cancer and wart-inducing HPV strains (compared to only 4 in its predecessor) and is now available at the Fleet Street Clinic.
  • Flu: the “phased introduction” programme in the UK means that it is not yet being offered routinely to children of all ages, unlike the situation in other countries such as the USA. (In 2015/16 it was offered to children aged 2 to 4 years and in Year One or Year Two at school. Other ages were not offered publicly-funded vaccination on the NHS.)
