Health Clearance
Health clearance is required for new health care workers who have direct patient contact. It is designed to ensure that an individual is fit for all aspects of their job role and to reduce the risk of healthcare worker-to-patient transmission of infectious diseases.
Individuals need to comply with the Department of Health guidance on screening and immunisations. The requirements for this will depend upon the individual and the job role.
We are SEQOHS-accredited and are able to provide Occupational Health Clearance directly to medical practitioners applying to join the NHS National Performers List; doctors, nurses & opticians.
We provide a personal service with clear, informed and helpful advice.
As part of the process, the health care workers will need to show evidence of previous immunisation or blood tests they had in the past. If required they may need to undertake additional blood tests to show immunity or may be required to be vaccinated for some infectious diseases if they do not already have immunity against them.
We are a SEQOHS accredited private clinic
