Reuters TV journalists have a “near miss” with malaria. We devise a new approach to looking after news teams, ensuring readiness for rapid deployment anywhere in the world.
Reuters rolls out rapid deployment programme
Following an incident in the Sierra Leone war involving Reuters print journalists, our programme rolls out across the entire Reuters rapid-deployment team
Support the Ministry of Defence during the Iraq War
We are appointed by the MOD to prepare and train journalists who will be embedded with coalition military in Iraq. Our clients now include most UK and US newsgathering organisations.
Provide SARS support
We supported UK and US media travelling to cover the SARS outbreak in Asia.

We provide support for international rapid deployment teams.
Emergency supplies for Tsunami journalists
We provide immediate medical supplies and support for journalists deploying from the UK to report on the Asian Tsunami natural disaster.

Launch mass protection against flu
We are appointed to vaccinate a government department with 18,000 staff UK-wide – the Home Office – against flu. We introduce the first online vaccination booking system, cutting out layers of complex administration.

We joined the medical team supporting the Stones on world tours.

We provide full medical support for journalists exposed to radiation in this nuclear accident, Fukushima.
Took part in the Olympics
We provide a 24/7 on site clinic at the Olympic Park media centre, for international media covering the 2012 Olympic Games, from April to August.

We provide expert comments and background information for broadcast news media covering the MERS outbreak as well as medical advice and support for journalists in the field.
Prepared the cast and crew of Globe-to-Globe Hamlet for the tour
On 23 April 2014 – the 450th anniversary of Shakespeare’s birth – Shakespeare’s Globe embarked upon a two-year global tour of Hamlet to every country in the world, an unprecedented theatrical event. We advised, vaccinated, and supported the entire cast and crew for travel to 197 countries.
Offer guidance and assistance for the ZIKA outbreak
We provide news media comment on the ZIKA outbreak, and medical support for news teams reporting on its progression. This continues into 2016 with preparation for the 2016 Olympics in Rio.
Working with the NHS
We take on the challenge of providing immunity testing, occupational health vaccination and documentation for hundreds of staff across an entire NHS hospital, including night shift workers.

We accompany a newsgathering team covering the Ebola outbreak in DRC, providing on-the-ground support for personal protection.

23rd January, 7:20am: Our medical director appears on BBC Breakfast explaining the evolving Covid outbreak and its likely speed of spread, one of the first news reports to set out the seriousness of what lies ahead.
Launched rapid PCR testing at London Clinic
We introduce rapid PCR testing at point of care, ultimately using this to support international travel and numerous projects in their return-to-work following lockdown and travel restrictions. These projects range from Mission Impossible 7 to small scale theatre projects in London’s West End.
