I recently sought treatment at Fleet Street Clinic for painful ears; I was quickly diagnosed by Dr Hartmann. He prescribed ear drops and arranged an appointment for me a week later with Lucy Mildren. Within a week my ears were better. Everything was very efficient and I was treated with care and skill.
Our clinic is conveniently located on Fleet Street in Central London, easily accessible by public transport including train, tube, and bus.

Please arrive early enough for us to register your details in our system, or to verify them if you’ve booked online. For existing patients this is usually only a few minutes, but for new patients it can be slightly longer.
We make every effort to stay on schedule, but we appreciate your understanding that unexpected medical situations may occasionally arise, which may delay our practitioners.
We’ll send you an appointment reminder by email or SMS the day before your scheduled visit.
If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible, allowing us to offer the time slot to other patients. Please be aware that late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee, so let us know as soon as possible to avoid this charge.
We will also send you reminders for any upcoming recall or recommended follow-up appointments.
We are a private practice and accept all major debit and credit cards, except American Express, Diners Credit Card, and Union Plus Credit Card for payment.
Most of our services involve a consultation fee, which does not include the cost of any medications, tests, vaccines, or referrals. This ensures that your treatment is tailored to your individual needs. Our clinicians will assess you during your appointment and recommend the most suitable options.
All recommendations, including tests, vaccinations, referrals, and medications, are optional, and you are welcome to discuss any concerns with your clinician before proceeding. Any additional services will be charged on the day of your visit.
All fees are listed on the individual service pages. Alternatively, our reception team or your practitioner will be happy to discuss any additional costs with you during your appointment.
We will do our very best to see you at your appointed time. In the event of late arrival, we cannot guarantee to see you if this will cause delay to subsequent patients. In this situation, we will advise whether a slightly later appointment is available or whether you need to re-book.
We regret that all missed appointments and those cancelled less than 24 hour prior to the appointment, will attract a cancellation charge of 50% of the appointment charge quoted.
