Podiatry Clinicin Central London

Corporate Podiatry Clinic

If your employees spend long periods of time on their feet then they are much more likely to experience lower limb and foot-related health issues.

Regular podiatry appointments, even if your feet seem healthy, are great for highlighting any potential issues and acts to prevent any serious problems developing in the future. The aim of podiatry appointments is to keep individuals mobile, independent, agile and out of pain. As your employees are so reliant on their feet to do their job efficiently and safely, it may be worth considering investing in onsite podiatry appointments to protect their feet.

Why not include podiatry treatment as part of their staff health benefits?

Podiatry-related health issues can significantly impact your employees ability to work if their role requires them to be active. This can result in time off work and reduced productivity in the workplace. When it comes to health, prevention is much easier than curing, which is why we strongly believe in regular onsite podiatry visits.

Onsite podiatry appointments which cause minimal disruption to your employees working day and are a useful health benefit. Our experienced podiatrist can come to your place of work and provide lower limb and foot healthcare to your employees.

Keep your employee's feet healthy and pain-free!

What kind of jobs might require a podiatry clinic?

Any job that requires employees to be on their feet for long periods, particularly physically demanding roles.

Companies with older workers would also benefit as good feet health helps with mobility. Specific industries would include hospitality, construction, laboring, dancers, cleaners, fitness instructors, and retail to name a few. If you are unsure whether your employees would benefit from this service, simply get in touch with us and we can advise you.

What services can a podiatrist offer?

Our podiatrist offers a range of treatments depending on the patient's specific condition, concern or injury.

He is able to address the following foot-related issues using various treatments:

  • Corn & callus removal
  • Ingrowing toenails and other nail pathologies
  • Skin disorders & fungal infections
  • Advice on bunion correction
  • Foot & ankle injury & pain including sports injuries
  • Foot posture-related aches and pains including shin pain, knee pain, chronic hip and lower back pain.
  • Verrucae (Plantar warts) – treatment may require cryotherapy at the clinic

How long will it take?

For our private patients, we usually book them a 45 minute appointment which allows for enough time for a health assessment, review of medical history and any necessary treatment.

However, we are very flexible and if you have a different time frame in mind then this can be discussed with your corporate business manager.

How do I arrange this service?

Simply make an inquiry using the form below and one of our corporate business managers will get back to you.

Once you’re in contact with them, they can arrange the service for you, answering any questions and providing advice. On the day, our podiatrist will set themselves up and deliver the service as required.

How frequently should I arrange a podiatry clinic?

Podiatry appointments are suitable for everyone.

Our podiatrist would advise a yearly foot health check up, even if you have healthy feet. Those who are more at risk for foot-related health issues due to their job, or due to a health condition, such as diabetes, it would be recommended more frequently.
For those who have specific podiatry issues, you should see a podiatrist at least every 3 months. Once our podiatrist has assessed your employees, he can suggest how often they may require an appointment based on how healthy their feet are.

How much does the service cost?

We offer corporate pricing based on volume and so we would need more information to put together your bespoke pricing.

In your enquiry, outline which services you are interested in and the number of employees you have. This will help for accurate quoting. Your assigned corporate business manager will assess the cost and send you a breakdown of the price.

We booked, we arrived and we had our vaccines. Everything as expected. What really stood out was the level of medical advice from the nurse giving us our injections. It was explained very clearly to us to the level of protection our vaccine would give. As this was a new vaccine the results of medical trials were also highlighted. There was no push to sell more products, just clear advice on what to avoid and what to do to prepare for our trip to the Far East.

Brilliant clinic, would 100% recommend. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the nurse's care couldn't have been better. They managed to fit me in for a same-day appointment and provide me with helpful advice for follow up. Thank you :)

I went to Fleet Street Clinic to get the rabies vaccine and it was a great service! The jabs were the cheapest I could find around London but the clinic was really clean and professional. Would recommend to come here for travel vaccines!

I love this place; it's my go-to for vaccinations. Now they offer private COVID boosters even better—also much better availability than the high street chemist named after footwear. Everyone is so friendly and professional.

The stitches were removed very quickly and professionally. The nurse was very calm and approachable and made the whole experience really pleasant. It was also my first time having this type of procedure in the UK, so I was a little apprehensive, but there was no need to be!

    FAQs

If any of your employees require further treatment we can continue to treat them but it will be important to outline what is and isn’t covered by your company from the very beginning. We can of course incorporate follow up appointments within our corporate package. Alternatively, if you would prefer additional treatment to be funded by the employee themselves, you just need to let us know and make your employees aware.

Our podiatrist uses a number of techniques to treat individual foot-related problems, from massage to creams, it really depends on the issue in question. However, one of our most popular services is our medical-pedicure which involves a full foot examination before removing dead or hard skin and treating cracked heels and nails. Skin conditions such as corns and nail conditions will also be treated during this treatment.

Some common foot-health related medications can be prescribed by the podiatrist, but if there is anything more complicated, then he can easily refer on to one of our GPs who can prescribe whatever it is being recommended by the podiatrist.
