In-clinic appointments
Visit us for a comprehensive consultation with one of our experienced GPs. We offer medical advice, vaccinations, blood and urine tests, swab samples, and prescriptions when needed. We can also arrange further tests, specialist referrals, and follow-up care. Many results are available the same day.
Virtual Appointments
While we prefer in-person visits, virtual GP appointments offer a quick, convenient way to address health concerns from home. Speak with a doctor by phone or video about issues like skin conditions, mental health, chronic illness, infections, headaches, asthma, sexual health, or ongoing concerns. When needed, we can arrange tests, prescriptions, and specialist referrals.
Workplace GP sessions
We offer workplace clinics for businesses and organisations, delivering most GP services on-site. These include consultations, routine care, prescriptions, and medical advice. Vaccinations, blood and urine tests, and other investigations can also be arranged. Contact our workplace team to learn more.
Blood Tests
We offer a comprehensive range of diagnostic and screening blood tests. Many can be performed on-site in our lab, delivering near-instant results to guide treatment, further testing, or referrals. Blood tests are central to our health screenings, providing insight into your overall health. We can also arrange specific tests—like cholesterol or immunity checks—or those requested by your doctor or consultant.
Medicals
Routine medical check-ups help detect health issues early, address specific concerns, and assess overall health, risk factors, and lifestyle. They can reveal early signs of disease or track existing conditions. Early detection makes treatment easier and more effective. I went for a covid booster vaccination and my experience was excellent. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, the lady doing it (Lucy) immediately swallowed the last of her doughnut and took me through. She put me at my ease by chatting pleasantly while she prepared things, and then the jab itself was so quick and painless – I literally didn’t feel a thing, including her applying the plaster afterwards! It was a first class experience, all in the delightful setting of the quaint shop in historic Fleet Street.

Our GP appointments vary in length and depend on the number of concerns you wish to discuss. So that the doctor can effectively treat you, please allow 15 minutes for each concern you have.
You can choose between an in-clinic, phone call or video appointment.

Absolutely. When making an appointment either select the doctor you usually see online or if calling or contacting us by email, please tell us who you would like to continue seeing.
We know that seeing the same doctor helps build stronger relationships and improves the quality of care.
Yes. You can see a private doctor at any time. If you would like us to keep your NHS GP up to date with treatment we can do this at your request. If, however, you would like the information kept confidential please let us know.
Yes, seeing a private doctor doesn’t necessarily mean we have to refer you for private treatment. If you would prefer an NHS referral, we can do this for you. Please state your preference during your doctor’s appointment.
Yes, you can continue your care with your NHS doctor and still see one of our private doctors. Please let our doctor know about your medical condition and explain you are already under the care of another doctor. Communication between doctors may require your explicit consent, which we will be happy to discuss with you further.
You have full control over which doctor you would like to see each time, the only limitation being when that doctor is next available. Our doctors each have their own shift patterns through the working week. If a matter is urgent, it may be better for you to see another doctor sooner.
