Prevention and treatment of Travellers’ Diarrhoea and Common Gastrointestinal Infections.

The worldwide gastro kit has been specifically designed by Fleet Street Clinic pharmacists to help prevent and treat the most common gastrointestinal infections that can occur when travelling.

Your destination most likely determines your chances of getting travellers’ diarrhoea. Some countries are considered more high-risk than others. This, in addition to poor sanitation, unreliable access to medication and what you eat and drink, can increase your risk. The worldwide gastro kit contains preventative items, such as hand sanitizer and water purification tablets to help reduce your risk of infection.

No one likes to be sick whilst travelling.

Traveller’s diarrhoea can put a dampener on holiday plans and can also develop into much more serious health complications.  When travelling to countries considered ‘high-risk’, it is a good idea to have doctor-approved medication with you. This medical kit enables travellers to deal with gastro and diarrhoea relief quickly, conveniently and hopefully prevent further complications developing.

The worldwide gastro kit can treat:

  • Diarrhoea
  • Nausea & Vomiting
  • Dehydration
  • Mild Infections
  • Indigestion & Heartburn

The worldwide gastro kit contains antibiotics – Azithromycin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic for the treatment of moderate to severe travellers diarrhoea and most bacterial infections including chest, skin, ear, sinuses and intestinal infections.

All travellers visiting a country deemed ‘high risk’, especially those travelling with children or those visiting rural areas should invest in a worldwide travel kit.

Don’t let travellers’ diarrhoea ruin your next adventure. Take a worldwide gastro kit with you.
